Refund Policy

All payments made on Secret Beaches Greece are processed by
Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund execution on our behalf.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future
billing; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not
provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in line with EU
consumer distance-selling regulations, provided you have not substantially used the paid features during
that period. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g. accidental
duplicate charges, service unavailability).
3. How to Request a Refund

with your account email and order/transaction ID, or use the "Refund this order" link in your Paddle
purchase receipt email. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically
within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after extensive use of paid AI search/planning features within the current billing period.
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated subscribe-refund cycles).
5. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails or is disputed (chargeback) with your bank instead of through our support channel,
your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved with Paddle.
