Secret Beaches Greece is an AI-assisted discovery platform that aggregates publicly available information about beaches in Greece from multiple third-party sources (reviews, forums, travel blogs, official tourism sites, and similar) and presents it in a structured, summarized form. Information is provided for general travel-planning purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Beach conditions, accessibility, facilities, crowd levels and similar information change frequently and are based on aggregated third-party sources and AI-generated summaries. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any information on the Service. Always verify critical details (road conditions, safety, opening hours) independently before traveling, especially for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

3. User Accounts

We use passwordless "magic link" authentication. By requesting a login link you confirm that the email address provided belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through the Service. Paddle handles payment processing, tax/VAT calculation, invoicing, and is your point of contact for any billing dispute. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; attempt to circumvent access or rate limits; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated summaries, scores, and the overall design and structure of the Service are our intellectual property. Underlying facts aggregated from public sources remain subject to their original sources' respective rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from travel decisions made based on information provided through the Service, including but not limited to beach safety, road conditions, or accessibility issues.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
